Each person has a role. Field users get daily logs, RFIs, submittals, timesheets and files; admins also see budgets, commitments and billing.

Only when someone uses an AI feature - reading a file or an email, "Describe what you want", scope help, or a suggested reply. What is sent goes to Anthropic, our AI subprocessor, which may not train its models on it and deletes it within 30 days under its standard terms. Reading is off until your administrator turns it on. Our Privacy Policy explains what is sent and where.

Versacon is a subscription for your whole company, billed by Versacon AI LLC. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe: you enter payment details on Stripe's secure pages, never in Versacon. An administrator can update the card, see invoices or cancel from Company settings > Billing in Microsoft Teams on a computer.
